“Brian was absolutely FANTASTIC!”
He researched the area and prepared the perfect listing with photos. We sold my mom's 100+ year old house quickly AND above asking price! He is so knowledgeable about the Goshen and Middletown areas and was super responsive. He kept right on top of things, whether he needed something from us or we had a question for him. He also went "above and beyond" to help us with some last minute urgent favors we needed to do before closing, which was huge since we live several states away. I can't recommend him highly enough!
